4 PILLARS OF THRIVELY

We are human beings NOT human doings
Being human is multidimensional. We offer a safe space for you to explore
and elevate all aspects of your life, empowering you to thrive.

I am an Ontological Coach, Community Builder and Dentist.
I firmly believe that we are all born to thrive. With a rich background grounded in empowering wellbeing, confidence and a passion for personal growth, I've always been curious as to what enables some individuals to flourish while others struggle, even when faced with similar challenges.
My journey began at 30 when I faced personal and professional challenges that led to profound growth. Now, I support curious and committed people who are navigating life's transitions by helping them find the confidence to achieve seemingly impossible goals and lead a life that is authentic and fulfilling.
Hello, I'm Premi.

“This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival. Welcome and entertain them all”

One month you’re all about plans and doing, the next you’re craving space to just be. Sound familiar?
We often label these polarities in different ways, but here, we’re diving into the terms masculine and feminine- energies we all carry within us.
Before you think this is all “woo-woo,” consider this: Psychologist Carl Jung believed every person holds both. He called the feminine energy within a man the Anima and the masculine energy within a woman the Animus.
The feminine is the being—flowing, intuitive, open-hearted.
The masculine is the doing—competitive, focused, driven.
Neither is better. Neither is weaker.
But when one takes the wheel too long, we feel it:
→ Overdrive brings burnout, rigidity, even emotional numbness.
→ Drifting leaves us lost, people-pleasing, or avoiding what’s real.
The art? Finding the agility to let both energies co-exist.
Imagine this: Masculine energy builds your empire, but feminine energy helps you thrive in it. Without that balance, the grind you thought made you strong can end up costing you yourself.
We @themultirealms are exploring this deeper at The Seasonal Table Dinner TOMORROW.

I call it the volcano eruption moment — the crack that shakes us open. The moment that leaves us at a crossroad: keep living on autopilot, or start asking the bigger and harder questions.
For me, that moment came in the form of a painful, traumatic end to a relationship. I’d been doing all the “right” things — being the nice person, ticking all the boxes — and yet, I still felt stuck, unseen, unloved, and unfulfilled.
For a long time, I thought the answer was to fix myself. To find happiness by trying harder. But here’s what I discovered: I wasn’t broken. I was just living as a human doing — measuring my worth by achievements, approval, and productivity.
I was doing life, not living it.
This journey of discovery was anything but easy. It asked for my time, energy, and money. I tried books, therapy, podcast, traveling, the hacks. But nothing shifted significantly until I discovered Ontological Coaching.
It helped me see the link between my way of being and the life I was creating, and to choose actions aligned with who I wanted to be — not just what I thought I should do.
Thrively was born from that why.
Today, I share that learning through 1:1 coaching, curated experiences, and retreats that help you feel safe enough to be yourself, and brave enough to grow.
If you’ve been questioning your own why, stuck in cycles, longing for something deeper or if any part of my story resonates....
Thrively was made for you. Let’s chat.

💬 Tell me- what does thriving mean to you right now?
And if you're curious to explore this more deeply, DM "thrive" to connect.

Why?
Well, we live in a world that's screaming "go big or go home"..but here's the truth : the biggest changes dont come from doing more.
One of the lessons I've learned from my own journey and coaching others, it's that simplifying is the secret sauce to real, lasting transformation.
The challenge is cutting through the noise and focusing on small, intentional shifts that align with who you are And where you want to go.
This was evident last Sunday at Revive & Thrive. For 3 hours, we unplugged from our phones and plugged into ourselves - moving, breathing, connecting and simply being present.
The outcome?
We left feeling lighter, more relaxed and connected with each other but most importantly ourselves. A reminder that wellness doesn't have to be complicated.
At Thrively, we're all about helping you live with intention, not perfection. Our intentional experiences feel like a deep breath- spaces where you feel safe enough to be yourself, and supported enough to grow.
Now I'd love to hear from you :
Which of these simple practices do you already have in your life?
And which one would you like to start?

Breath is one of those simple things. It's our anchor that is free and is always with you.
@rootfitnesspt, @cold.plunge.sg and I created Revive and Thrive based on simple and powerful practices - movement, ice bath and meaningful connections so you can feel at home within yourself and leave feeling lighter, clearer and more YOU.
🤎 Plus this Sunday, everyone who joins will receive a HAP nasal strip - a small reminder that breathing better can change everything 🤎

We're back 👋🏽...
I know It's been quiet here the last two months 🙊... Life took me into a season of change and celebration.
But as I find my way back, I've been reflecting on the spaces that feel like home.
Not because of what they are, but because of who we become in them.
Don't tell anyone, but Sri Lanka is officially my favourite place in the world 😍
So tell me, what does your favourite place feel like? And where is that place for you?.🌍
Love,
Premi 🤎

The phrase Life finds a way, is a quote from the very first Jurassic Park movie.
Nature has a way of moving forward and just like nature, life is always in motion.
Even when things feel stuck, confused or uncertain, something within us knows how to keep going...
Maybe not in the way we imagined, but in a way that still matters.
You are resilient and you just need to remember - your nature is to grow, adapt and find your thriving way.
I'd love to hear from you :
What's one piece of advice or reminder that helps or has helped you through a tough time? 🤍

Your breath catches, your mind races, and everything in you resists. But as you sink into the cold, something shifts. You find calm in the chaos. Your breath slows, your mind clears, and you emerge with a renewed sense of clarity and strength.
That’s what Revive & Thrive is about- breaking barriers, and discovering resilience and meaningful connections in places you never thought to look.

I just knew I wanted to create a space where women could come together, have real conversations, and feel seen, heard, and supported on their journey.
What I didn’t expect was how much I would grow in the process—because of the incredible women I’ve had the honour of connecting with and learning from.
For a long time, I struggled to fully embrace my femininity.
How could I, when the world often rewards the masculine—doing, achieving, keeping it all together?
In a world that tells us what the “ideal” woman should look like, I’ve battled with how I see and accept my body.
At the circle yesterday, Caroline @supporting.eve.lingerie asked a question I’d never considered:
“What do your breasts mean to you? What do you believe their purpose is?”
And honestly… I was stunned.
I’d never really thought about it.
It’s moments like that that remind me why I love these circles so much.
They ground me.
They stretch me.
They connect me more deeply to the woman I want to be.
Today, I can wholeheartedly say I love being a woman.
I’m learning to soften.
To lean into the parts of me I used to not like.
And I’m choosing to be a supported woman, not just a strong one.
