4 PILLARS OF THRIVELY

We are human beings NOT human doings
Being human is multidimensional. We offer a safe space for you to explore
and elevate all aspects of your life, empowering you to thrive.

I am an Ontological Coach, Community Builder and Dentist.
I firmly believe that we are all born to thrive. With a rich background grounded in empowering wellbeing, confidence and a passion for personal growth, I've always been curious as to what enables some individuals to flourish while others struggle, even when faced with similar challenges.
My journey began at 30 when I faced personal and professional challenges that led to profound growth. Now, I support curious and committed people who are navigating life's transitions by helping them find the confidence to achieve seemingly impossible goals and lead a life that is authentic and fulfilling.
Hello, I'm Premi.

“This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival. Welcome and entertain them all”
— RUMI

to see your life more clearly.
Designing this retreat reminded me what it means to be human.
It’s so easy to get swept up in the hustle — in the giving, the doing, the striving.
But every now and then, we need a reminder that we can choose differently.
That slowing down is allowed.
That we’re all figuring things out as we go.
That falling or failure is part of the journey
And that we’re not doing this alone.
What are you grateful for in this human experience?
🤎
There are still spots for Nourish Sri Lanka 2026.
DM NOURISH if you feel called to join me, 11–15 March 2026.

When I first started this journey, my world revolved around 1:1 coaching. I discovered my superpower... the ability to see people beyond their stories, patterns, and create deep shifts that empowered them to take control of their lives. But as I kept doing the work — listening, observing, holding space — one theme kept showing up over and over again: connection.
How many of us feel alone, even if we are surrounded by people?
How many of us struggle to build real, honest relationships that go beyond our job titles, roles, and responsibilities?
And even though I absolutely love being a coach, the unexpected joy has come from the privilege of creating experiences that bring people together.
There’s something powerful about a room full of humans sharing stories, learning from one another, and realising they’re not the only ones navigating the messy, beautiful, in-between parts of life.
I truly love watching strangers become mirrors, allies, supporters — even if just for a night.
Because the truth is:
We’re all a work in progress.
None of us have it all figured out. (Spoiler: we’re not supposed to.)
But when we have a space where we can be seen for who we are not who we think we’re supposed to be...
Life feels a little lighter.
A little more possible.
A little more human.
And maybe that is what life is about...

Some grow into friendships, ideas, or memories that stay with us.
Some just remain as a seed, yet still, it shifts something within us.
Over the past few years, I’ve had countless conversations — through my 1:1 coaching, Thrively’s experiences, and meeting people in the Journey.
Not every seed grew into a tree. Some stayed small.. Some bloomed briefly.... And that’s okay.
Because growth doesn’t always look like success.
But we should be proud and celebrate for showing up with intention and planting the seed anyways..
And What's most important is to ask yourself
What kind of seed am I planting?.
If this speaks to you,we still have a few more seats left at The Thrive Table happening this Wednesday 12/11/25!!!.
Grab yours from the link in the bio.
Love and Gratitude,
Premi

The time to choose your wellbeing is now- not someday.

With loved ones now living across the world, and elders no longer with us
it’s easy to lose touch with the rituals that once held us together.
But I’m learning that we can still honour them,
maybe in smaller ways, maybe differently...
because they remind us of where we come from,
and the light within we’re meant to carry forward.
You don’t have to celebrate Deepavali to connect with its essence.
We all have roots that shape our story.
We all have a light within us that we share
in the way we love, give, and remember.
How are you choosing to embody your light this season?

Holidays are great. But if you find yourself returning home still feeling stuck, eagerly planning your next escape, maybe it's not just the rest that you're seeking but something deeper and lasting.
Retreats are immersive experiences for the ones
👉🏼who don't just want to disconnect but reconnect to what truly matters.
👉🏼 Who want to build a life they don’t need to escape.
👉🏼 Curious to walk the road less travelled not alone, but in good company.
You’ll leave with more than just beautiful memories in your gallery 📸
You’ll return with tools, clarity, and a rhythm that stays with you long after your suitcase is unpacked.
Those on the list will get first access to the full programme dropping 20.10.2025 🥰
DM me “Nourish” or head to the link in bio to join.
Limited spots. Lifelong shifts.

As Thrively turns 3, we’re celebrating in a way that reflects who we are : connection, conversation, and community.
If you’ve been to any of our experiences, you already know… we do things a little differently. =P
We’re celebrating this journey with something special and grateful to be teaming up with @wildcard.sg a restaurant (and more) that celebrates creativity, imagination, and community.
Together, we’re bringing you The Thrive Table: A Potluck of Being.
Imagine a dinner party, where the main dish is conversation and every guest brings something to share:
🌱 A Challenge they’re navigating (e.g., “Struggling with work-life balance”)
🌱 A Give they can offer (e.g., “Sharing a wellbeing tip”)
🌱 An Idea they’re exploring (e.g., “Dreaming of a new project”)
Bring one or bring all three because we all have something to offer, and I’m sure we can all agree that life’s always richer when we share.
We’re so excited to invite you to an evening of stories, food, and the things that make us human.
🎟️ Booking link in bio — seats are limited.
Come as you are. Leave nourished in more ways than one.

👉🏼 Wait for permission before taking action.
👉🏼 Let other people’s opinions weigh more than your truth.
👉🏼Avoid taking responsibility for your choices.
👉🏼 Disconnect from the most important voice in the room ...your own.
When you outsource your power, you essentially hand over your sense of worth, safety, and freedom to someone or something else.
Think of it this way 👇🏽
⭐ Power is your source: the inner flame of self-trust and worth.
⭐ Ego is your structure: it protects you, but left unchecked leads to force or control.
⭐ Boundaries are your expression: they keep your energy sacred and no boundaries? hello, burnout.
But you can start to reclaim your power the moment you start to notice...become aware.. Then you can choose to stop living by reaction and start living with intention.
Join Lydia and me at our The Seasonal Table- Sovereign Flame mastermind dinner on Wednesday if you’re ready to dive deeper, link in bio.

You know that saying, “when it rains, it pours”? Yep — that was my week.
Sometimes we forget that healing doesn’t mean life stops being hard.It means learning new ways to meet the hard moments when they come.
Instead of spiraling or pretending everything’s fine, we can choose to meet them differently now — with presence, with tools and most importantly with compassion!!.
I share my messy week not just to be real with you (wellness practitoners struggle) but because I know some of you are carrying your own.
If you’ve been questioning:
👉 “Why do I keep ending up here?”
👉 “I’ve tried everything, but I’m still stuck.”
…maybe it’s time for a different kind of conversation.
We all have an inner operating system — stories and default settings we’ve picked up along the way. If those settings keep you stuck, it’s not because you’re broken. It just means your system needs an update.
That’s what we explore in my discovery calls: uncovering what’s been running you, and designing new ways of being — aligned, intentional, and truer to the life you want to live.
🤎 DM me if you’d like to explore together 🤎
